Going Private

After a lot of contemplation and Oprah's creepy shows about wacko sex offenders I have decided to go private. It's just not worth it after hearing what people are capable of doing off the Internet. I wish for friends and family to continue to view what we are up to just in a more controlled setting. My spa blog will continue to be open for anyone to view. 20 Months

Haylee went to the Doctor for her 18 month check up (I was a little behind) but just wanted to update her stats. She weighed 21 lbs (3% for her age) and was in the 50% for height and 55% for her head. Dr. says she is right on track and is doing well. She is getting so smart because she knew exactly where we were when we walked into that Dr. office she immediately started crying and waving her hand saying "no no no". She really started screaming when the two nurses came in at the end to give her her shots she really knew what that meant. She is now officially a "Big Girl" she sleeps in a big girl bed (I mean a really big girl bed.... it's a queen) That's where she takes her naps and at night if she doesn't want to sleep in her crib she says in her cute little voice "Big Girl Bed" We have been having a lot of fun. She cracks me up with her new found vocabulary.

My swing I put together for the deck, Looks like someone enjoys it.

My Grass is in !!!!!In the front at least, pretty sure we're hydroseeding the back after the fence is done.

My pottery class was a success and I enjoyed taking it very much. Although I do have to say I think I have gotten worse not better. I compared pieces from highschool and they were much better but I had a good time and that's all that matters.

bIRTHDAY cAKE AND biKE RidES

These two girls are becoming quite the friends. We love "Maaaaaadie" as Haylee would say.

Maddie does this really adorable kick. It makes me laugh every time, shes pretty fast.

This was my mom and my first attempt at fondant frosting (Amy makes it look a lot easier than it is don't laugh Amy) and we learned a lot.

This was one of my birthday gifts. Haylee and I really enjoy it.

23rd Birthday !!!!!

I had a great birthday and was able to spend it in Vegas with Jason, Haylee and my family. I am pretty blessed to have a great husband who took work off early to be with me and take me to get a massage and see the Le Reve at the Wynn. After that we went out to dinner and then off to bed. It can be exhausting being pampered all day. I also went shopping with my mom in the morning . I would say it was a great day.

Kyle's Eagle Court of Honor

Kyle's Eagle Court of Honor was tonight and they had this live eagle as part of the program.

This is my attempt to make a Charm City Cake (if you ever watch the food network) It's an eagle if you can't tell.

Who knew a fridge could get a makeover

This is the fridge my parents gave us when they bumped this beauty out of their garage. It works great just doesn't look cosmetically appealing. So with a little paint and shelf liner I matched it with the other appliances in our basement kitchen.

Easter

This was Easter Sunday we had gone up to Wolf Creek to spend time with the family at their time share.

They all look so cute in their Sunday best.

We dyed eggs which I think is a tradition that will keep getting more fun as they get older.

This was the easter egg hunt with the neighborhood.

This is her friend Lucy across the street they both caught on very quickly that there is candy in the eggs.

These are our matching outfits, until she has an opinion about it I don't mind doing it.

Baby Animal Days

We went to baby animal days in Logan with Scott, Veronica and the two boys. We had a really great time.

She got to ride a pony.

Her and her Daddy were like glue.

This was her expression pretty much the whole time, she wasn't unhappy she just didn't know what to think.

Oh Wilbur.

She cried when we put her in with the cow, I would too ..they smelled.

Kelly Pickler

We were really close and enjoyed LeAnne the most out of all the singers. She was so pretty and would say " Thank You very much" after each song.

Kendra and I decided to have a girls night for FREE, the ACM Awards were in town so there was a bunch of country singers here to perform. We got to see Zac Brown Band (who sings the chicken fried song), Kelly Pickler, and LeAnne Rimes. We had a great time people watching and watching everyone get completely waisted while we stayed sober laughing at them. Like the man behind my shoulder .... completely drunk hehe.

Um I don't know how we decided on who would be what sex or why we took this??

The new punch line for Vegas " Your Vegas is showing " Well these gentleman's Vegas was definitely showing. Lot of looking but no touchy.
